MODU-CON 5

The Modu-Con 5 (MOD5) is an in-line, over/under, trapped pallet conveyor designed primarily for use in the Automotive, Appliance, and Solar Industries. It is typically used as a buffer between machining products or when loading machines, giving operators freedom to perform other tasks. MOD5 can be designed for both synchronous and non-synchronous applications and has been used to move axles, steering racks, crank shafts, cam shafts, solar panels, and suspension components. Resistant to metal chips, oils, and cutting fluid, it is at home in machining environments, as well as clean environments. The trapped/captive pallet design automatically returns pallets to their origin via a lower return feed eliminating the need for elevators and additional drives.
