Modu-Con 2 (Mod2)
The Modu-Con 2 (MOD2) is a modular conveyor system used as a material handling platform in assembly, test, and production environments and is AMC’s most cost-effective twin-strand conveyor. MOD2 is a palletized conveyor (8" to 36”) that can handle up to 2500Lbs/Drive and is available in Belt, Side-Flexing chain, and In-Line Roller chain models. This system can be configured to be static dissipative. It is commonly found in the Automotive, Medical, Consumer, Electronics, and other small part sub-assembly industries.
Belt
Features a static dissipative belt. Suitable for accumulation and transport of lighter parts. The most cost-effective solution.
Chain
Has a side-flexing chain, allowing it to easily handle corners and save space.
Roller
Available in both plastic and steel, the roller chain is capable of handling much heavier loads of up to 2500Lbs/Drive (1134Kg)
Transfer
Effortlessly transfer products from one MC2 to another... or any other conveyor.
