The AMC Modu-Matt Series was developed to provide maximum scalability in function and design using a modular concept. Modu-Matt provided exponentials possibilities in system design, as well as economical advantages. Bulk materials, parts, totes or pallets can be efficiently transported by chain widths from 76mm to 1220mm and loads up to 220kgs.

Track assemblies are the basic modular conduits for system building. They are lightweight and strong, made from 6063-T5 anodized aluminum. Available in multiple guide and mounting configurations.

Drives are designed for continuous duty in tough environments. The Modu-Matt Drive comes in 13 standard speeds ranging from 5 to 68mpm using 1/4 to 1/2 H.P. high efficiency inverter duty motors.

Modu-Matt Track assemblies are the basic modular conduits for system building. Track assemblies are lightweight and strong, made from 6063-T5 anodized aluminum extrusion. Chain guides are made from a proprietary grade of UHMW-PE for the lowest of friction coefficients. The double T-slot design allows for multiple guide and mounting configurations. Track assemblies with chain widths greater than 170mm are provided with full chain bed supports using AMC's Quick-Rail with UHMW-PE Guide strips. The guide strips are mounted in a diagonal pattern to eliminate localized chain wear.

Track Splice Kits must be used wherever two linear track sections meet. AMC recommends that a leg or ceiling hanger be used at or near each track interface with the Track Splice Kit.
