| AMC's new Modu-Con 5 Series is the latest addition to our family of modular conveyor systems. Designed with versatility and affordability in mind, the Modu-Con 5 is the most affordable two-level power & free palletized conveyor system on the market today. The Modu-Con 5 modular system is well suited for applications where floor space is limited and/or the use of elevators is not desired. Its space saving design eliminates the need for costly elevators and related controls needed to operate a typical two-level system. AMC's Modu- 5 Conveyor is a non-synchronous pallet system used for operating pallets in an in-line over-and-under configuration. Unlike other conveyor systems where the pallets run off the ends into a pneumatic or electric elevator, a pallet on the Modu-Con 5 system enters into a trapped sprocket style arrangement. |

| Pallets can be linked together reducing the swing arc to accommodate larger products and lower system heights. Stops and locate stations are available to complete your process requirements. Modular track lengths are standard at 1-meter increments and can be easily expanded to meet future needs. The Modu-Con 5 is constructed utilizing heavy-duty anodized aluminum-extruded beams, hardcoat aluminum pallets, high capacity accumulation roller chain,a dn high-efficiency electric grearmotot drives. This system is ideal for robot or gantry load and unload applications, part transport, and part buffering between process operations. |
