The MODU-CON 4 Series was developed to fulfill your largest capacity needs, up to a 2000 lb. (910kg) part and pallet weight. Constructed from a 3.75” (95mm) x 7.50” (190mm) clear anodized aluminum extrusion and UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight) plastic chain wear strips and guides. The power of the Modu-Con 4 enables it to convey even the heaviest materials at speeds of up to 45 ft/min. on pallets starting at 20” in width. Includes a 3-year warranty, like all of AMC’s proven performance systems.

Chain & Track

Track widths start at 24" (610 mm) and increase in 8" (203 mm) increments as standard components sizes. Track sections are available in any length between 24" (610 mm) and 120" (3048 mm) long.

Modu-Con 4/C uses side-flexing flat-top chain allowing for carousel and serpentine configurations. Modu-Con 4/R uses accumulation roller chain which has the least friction, allowing for the largest pallet and system loads.

The Modu-Con 4 pallets are available in standard sizes ranging from 20” to 48”. Special sizes are available by contacting AMC. With its great flexibility and versatility, Modu-Con 4 can be combined with our Modu-Flex 83, Modu-Con 2 and Modu-Con 3 Series for your exact application needs. This modular concept makes your expansion or reconfiguration as easy as unbolting, adding or moving components, and assembling to the new layout. Upon request, all components can be supplied with metric fasteners, international voltages, and international specifications.
