Our Modu-Con 3 conveyor and components are capable of handling part and pallet loads up to 750lbs. Like all AMC systems the Modu-Con 3 Series is constructed of high tensile, anodized aluminum extrusions. This modular concept makes your expansion or reconfiguration as easy as unbolting, adding or moving components, and assembling to the new layout. Upon request, all components can be supplied with metric fasteners, international voltages, and international specifications.

Modu-Con 3 track assemblies are available in flat-top chain or accumulation roller chain. The same track is used for both transport media types. Track assemblies have replaceable wearstrips for both types of chain usage. This creates a versatile and cost effective conveyor system that can be modified for your changing needs.
Gravity track assemblies use accumulation roller chain that is fixed to the track as a means of creating a non-powered system.
All track assemblies come with black plastic wearstrips, but do not include chain. Length (up to 120 ") must be specified when ordering. Track spreaders must be ordered separately. All track assemblies come pre-assembled for no additional charge. |

Flat-top chain utilizes positive drive sprockets that will not slip in the presence of oils or fluids. Flat-top chain allows side flex necessary for carousel or serpentine configurations.
