Modu-Con 2

The Modu-Con 2 Series is a modular palletized conveyor system with a pallet load capacity of up to 150 pounds. The pallets are carried via two adjacent transport media leaving the center area open for lifting or other work processes needing access from below. Three transport media are available to accommodate a wide range of applications and environments. These include: Belt, Flat-Top, and Accumulation Roller types.

AMC’s modular approach to component design allows for maximum scalability in systems planning that provides for easy expansion of existing lines or reconfiguration for new programs. This flexibility adds value to investments in systems integration and design that can significantly lower the total cost of ownership.

The Modu-Con 2 pallet is available in fourteen standard sizes. Special sizes are available by contacting AMC. With its great flexibility and versatility, Modu-Con 2 can be combined with our Modu-Flex 83, Modu-Con 3 and Modu-Con 4 Series for your exact application needs.

This modular concept makes your expansion or reconfiguration as easy as unbolting, adding or moving components, and assembling to the new layout. Upon request, all components can be supplied with metric fasteners, international voltages, and international specifications.

Modu-Con 2 track assemblies are available in belt, flat-top chain or accumulation roller chain. The same track is used for all transport media types. Track assemblies have a replaceable "snap in" wearstrip which are custom designed for each type of transport media. This creates a versatile and cost effective conveyor system that can be modified for your changing needs.
 
Gravity track assemblies use accumulation roller chain that is fixed to the track as a means of creating a non-powered system.

All track assemblies come with black UHMW-PE wearstrips, but do not include chain. Length (up to 96")
must be specified when ordering. Track spreaders must be ordered separately. All track assemblies come pre-assembled with wear guides and spreaders installed at no additional charge.
     

Transport Media
Modu-Con 2 is available with your choice of three different transport media: belt, flat-top chain, or accumulation roller chain. All threee offer distinct advantages based on your individual transport needs. More than one transport media may be used in the same system.
