Flex-Con II

 

The Flex-Con II Series conveyors are manufactured utilizing a single lane of multi-flex chains for transporting products on the chain or on pallets.

The Flex-Con II offers the ability of flexible configurations for material handling due to the tight radius allowed by these chains. The short pitch of the chains also lend themselves to the versatility of inclines and declines for use in such items as Alpines, overhead returns, or stacking levels of conveyors.

The system is designed to transport pallets, assembled parts, or raw parts. Common production applications include: piston heads, gear assemblies, connecting rods, small pumps and more.

  
 
The Modular construction of the components for these systems allows for versatility when laying out your system. All system components are manufactured with the same quality of all AMC products and come with AMC’s industry leading three year warranty.

Multiflex Thermoplastic with stainless steel pins.

LF acetal chain features superior scuff - resistance and a low coefficient of friction which minimizes lubrication and horsepower requirements. Noise is also reduced because there is no metal to metal contact between chain and product, or between chain and conveyor.

Wear resistant chain for applications where there is very abrasive wear such as castings, machined steel parts etc. - can extend wear life of chain up to five times that of an acetal chain.

Conductive chain is used for those applications that cannot tolerate static electricity. This chain will minimize the static build-up that standard thermoplastic chain can generate.
